IDS is certified to the Quality Assurance standard ISO:9001:2008. This certification has been obtained through CACS who are accredited through JAS-ANZ. IDS developed a Quality Management System (QMS) in order to assist IDS to achieve its objectives of providing excellent service to clients, comply with statutory and regulatory requirements and effectively achieve its corporate mission. IDS is committed to establishing, documenting, implementing and maintaining a Quality system throughout the organisation in order to provide the highest quality Investigations, Intelligence and Process Serving services.
