Danielle de Wall

Investigations Manager

Danielle was previously a Customer Advisor with WorkCover Queensland and prior to that had over 10 years’ experience working in claims and injury management within interstate workers’ compensation insurers and self-insurers.  Her experience and legislative knowledge ensures that investigations focus on the relevant facts in issue and our clients receive the information necessary to make informed decisions.

As Investigations Manager, Danielle manages the day-to-day operations within IDS Group, liaising with field investigators and clients.

She has been with IDS Group for over 6 years and specialises in intelligence gathering, intelligence analysis and background investigations.  

Being a Licensed Private Investigator, Danielle is actively involved in investigation operations, particularly large-scale surveillance operations and multi-disciplinary investigations which require high-level coordination of multiple investigators and concurrent avenues of enquiry.

She is dedicated to technological advancements in investigation methods and developments related to due diligence and background screening investigations.  She is currently studying a Masters in Intelligence Analysis and has completed training in IBM Analyst's Notebook program (v9).
