Disaster Recovery Plan
Pursuant to our Quality Assurance System and in accordance with Standard IDS Policies and Procedures, IDS has developed and implemented a Disaster Recovery Plan. This Plan is to be utilised in the event of a disaster, catastrophe or other significant event which causes major disruption to our functions. It details instructions for recovery of critical business functions and allows IDS to be fully operational should our premises not be able to be accessed.
The Plan ensures continuity of IDS services in the event of various contingencies which would otherwise interrupt the provision of those services. Accordingly, clients can be secure in the knowledge that should such contingencies arise then they are kept fully aware of the developments and their files will still continue to be managed and performed.
